Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna

What is full spectrum

Full spectrum saunas use the full range of the light spectrum near, mid, and far infrared.

Near infrared – improves wound healing, cell health, oxygenation of tissue, improves fine lines and wrinkles, can assist with improving acne, and helps reduce inflammation. It stimulates mitochondrial health and collagen production.

Mid Infrared – improves circulation, assists with weight loss, and pain relief by penetrating the muscles, joints, and tendons.

Far Infrared – supports overall body health. This final wave of infrared helps you detox by releasing toxins and chemicals that have been trapped in the fat layer. It helps relieve pressure in joints, can help lower blood pressure and relieves stress.

Infrared saunas harness the energy of infrared light to directly warm the body penetrating even the deepest layers of muscle and tissue. Infrared sauna waves heat the body directly without raising the overall temperature of the room.
